Compuware and HTC Global Services Partner to Deliver High-Performing Applications, Protect Customer Revenue and Funding

Partnership Arms Customers to Optimize Performance of Key Applications, Meet Growth Objectives and Service Level Agreements

DETROIT, Jan. 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq:CPWR), the technology performance company, and HTC Global Services, Inc. (HTC) announced today that they have partnered to provide application performance management (APM) solutions to customers worldwide. HTC customers will benefit from Compuware’s enterprise to Internet APM solution through HTC’s systems integration and product implementation services. HTC is a Troy, Michigan-based global provider of IT solutions and business process outsourcing services.

“Combining HTC’s service delivery and Compuware’s market-leading APM solution will give customers visibility into the performance of critical applications – enterprise, Internet and cloud,” said Kimberly King, Compuware Vice President of Channels and Alliances. “Our combined offerings will optimize the performance of revenue-generating applications and help customers surpass service level agreements to save critical funding.”

HTC will deploy Compuware’s APM solutions to give customers quicker identification, analysis and resolution of availability and performance issues in HTC’s application development and maintenance and application service management engagements through 24×7 end-user experience monitoring. HTC will also leverage the expertise in its ERP and ECM Centers of Excellence with Compuware solutions to perform transaction triage and provide a business view into the performance of enterprise applications such as SAP and FileNet.
