There is so much potential for big data within the enterprise assuming organizations know what data to collect/analyze and provide access to analysis to those with intimate customer relationships.  Its encouraging to see such a high percentage of leaders recognizing the need to make changes in order to fully leverage what data represents.  Properly leveraged, data can strengthen relationships and provide a conduit for in-step innovations — an environment T-Systems calls zero distance.
