  1. Interesting trend. We started with with the telegraph and telephone, both offering relatively personal/one-to-one communications. Then we expanded to one-to-many offerings and ways of managing those. However, today, with Snapchat at the top, we’re returning to the roots of the trend … personal (and more private) communications. –Paul Calento
