Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson is the CEO of Kubicle, an Irish-based training and upskilling company focused on AI, data analytics and technology. Originally from Canada, he studied Architectural Design at the University of Toronto and later completed an MBA at Dublin City University. His career spanned oil and gas, direct sales, e-commerce and technology leadership roles before joining Kubicle as CEO in 2020. He is deeply engaged in how AI is transforming professional services and learning, leading Kubicle’s efforts in AI-driven learning design and R&D. A father of twin girls and a self-described participant in endurance events rather than an endurance “athlete”, Mark draws inspiration from the intersection of sport and business
